We have just arrived back in Australia today. Thank you so much for making our trip to Shirdi a good one. Our flight from Hyderabad was 2 hours late. We thought that the driver would have surely left us. But he waited for us and then drove us immediately to Shirdi. He was a good driver and did a good job in taking us to Shirdi. We were very happy as we had a toddler with us and we were a bit concerned.

We were a bit hesitant, as under normally circumstances we do not pay up front. But all in all it was a risk worth taking.

Service: excellent and courteous from office staff
Efficiency: extremely good
Payment - liked the ability to pay by PayPal saves troubling with cash
Reliability: first class - driver always on time/early
Value for money: high
Driver: all drivers were polite and helpful - experienced some slight communication and language difficulties but nothing that couldn't be overcome.

I cannot think of anything that can be improved - however I think that for overseas visitors perhaps they will feel reluctant to pay the full amount up front before arriving in Mumbai, so the chance to defer some payment until arrival is a good idea (as you offered to me), this way your customers will feel confident that the driver will actually turn up at the airport as promised.
