Q.
How do I book a car? |
|

A.
Select the service you want to avail, fill in the details in the form,
proceed ahead and make the payment. We
will process your request and send you an confirmation email about
the booking. The payments are to be made by Credit Card through
our online PayPal payment mechanism. The request for booking should be done at least
48 hours before the time of pick up. The car reservation will be
confirmed by email. You are free to call on the listed telephone
numbers for more information or clarification. Once we confirm the
booking we will be sending information regarding Driver's name, his
cell / mobile number, vehicle number through email and/or SMS on your
mobile / cell phone. :-) |

Q. Is
it safe and secure to pay you thru Credit Card? |

Absolutely
safe. In fact you will be paying us through the global payment
gateway mechanism of
PayPal.
PayPal is the global leader and a pioneer
in developing online mechanism for payments by credit cards. As one
additional layer of security, our transaction pages operate under
128bit secure SSL pages provided by

Q. How
to make payments by Cheque / Demand draft / Cash? |
|

|
A.
The
Cheque / Demand Draft / Cash facility is available to residents of India
only. The Cheque / Demand Draft should be payable at par in Mumbai. It should
be crossed and in favor of SANVER E-SOLUTIONS, ICICI Bank Account
Number 001905000871. We have our current account with ICICI Bank,
Mira Road East, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra, India. Similarly cash also
can be deposited in our account. |

Q. Apart
from the fees indicated on our online booking pages, is there any other
fees / expenses that the customer has to bear? |
|
|
|
A.
No additional charges.
The fees you pay includes Vehicle rental fees, Fuel Charges, Driver
allowances, Parking charges, Taxes and Road Toll fees. You are not expected to pay any cash to driver even for
his refreshments etc. However in case you want to encourage his good
behavior / service, you can tip him as per your wish. |

What are the rules for
cancellations? |
|
|
A.
Cancellations should
be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time at your
destination.
Cancellation charges are 25% of the booking amount paid by you.
Please keep in mind that because of time zone issues, plan your trip
well and avoid cancellations. For
more details go to Terms of use section of this page. |

Q. Do I have to share the
car with other passengers? |
|
|
|
A.
No Sir! The car is
booked for your exclusive use and travel. Only you and your travel
companions will be using the car. |

Q.
What do we offer? |
|
|
|
A. We will
pick you up from designated Airport the moment your flight lands and you
are free to proceed out / onwards. Even if your flight is delayed, you can
be rest assured that there is somebody waiting for you to arrive at the
airport (delays acceptable upto 2 hours only). Our driver will be holding a placard with your name or
your company's name written on it. He will assist you in pick up and transfer
the luggage into our car and will try to make your comfortable in it. |

When you hire a car from on on rent / hire basis, the driver's
allowance, parking fees and toll charges has to be borne by you. Here
the cost will vary as per travel details and will not be a
consolidated amount like in Airport Transfers. |

(for Cars) |

1. The car needs to be booked
(and paid for) at least 48 hours in advance of the pickup time. |
|

|
|
|

2. |
The
booking is done online and the payment is to be made in advance
using your Credit Card / PayPal account through our online PayPal
payment gateway. |
|
| |
|
|
|
| |
3. |
Cancellations should be done at least 48 hours before the
scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations
will cost you 25% of the booking fees paid and would be refunded
to you within next 7 days from the date of cancellation. |

4. |
Flight
Delays is permissible upto 2 hours for Hotel Transfer and One way
hotel / airport transfers. Delays beyond beyond 2 hours will be charged
@Rs.100 / $10 / Hour for Tata Indica Car and Rs.150 / $15 /
Hour for Qualis / Tavera Cars. This amount is to be paid to the
driver in cash at the time of checking into the vehicle. Please
note that airport / hotel transfers are planned keeping in mind 4
hours of journey time. If your flight gets delayed by 4 or more
hours, we consider the trip to be executed from our side and no
refunds are available for this. However we normally wait for our
customers to arrive. If you arrive 4 hours or more after the
scheduled flight arrival time, then you need to pay for a new
airport transfer in cash to our driver. |

5. |
We are
not responsible for delays occurring due to traffic / road /
weather / law and order conditions / vehicle breakdown or any
other conditions beyond the control of the driver. We do not
guarantee that we would be able to arrange for an alternative car
for your travel. |

6. |
Vehicles booked beyond 45 days in advance are subject to rates
valid at the time of travel. The concerned client will be informed
well in advance about the rate change. Cancellations done under
this case will attract only 15% cancellation / service charges. |
|

|
|
| |
7. |
Vehicles made available to passengers may vary in specifications
from the one indicated during the time of booking. We will put in
our best efforts to ensure that the passengers get the same
vehicle that they had booked, but the ground reality /
circumstances may force us to arrange different but similar
vehicle. In many cases it may not be possible to inform the
passenger of alternative arrangements. |

8. |
If you do not make
use of our car, for any reason, when our car and the driver is
already waiting for your reception at the airport or the hotel, no
refunds will be made. It will be considered as services delivered. |
